Biography :
Yan Jianan, female, is a joint-training PhD candidate jointly cultivated by Dalian Polytechnic University and the National University of Singapore. Her research mainly focuses on food colloid science and engineered food systems. She has published 35 papers as the first or corresponding author (including co-first and co-corresponding authors), among which 33 are indexed by SCI. She holds 8 authorized Chinese invention patents as a principal inventor. Additionally, she has actively participated in nearly 20 domestic and international academic conferences in the field of food science and delivered oral presentations
