Biography :
I am a first-year Ph.D. candidate (Class of 2024) at the School of Food Science and Technology, Dalian Polytechnic University. My research focuses on food colloid science and engineered food systems, particularly the green and efficient delivery of functional bioactive compounds. I have published one SCI-indexed paper as the first author and presented oral reports at three national and international conferences in food science
