Biography :
Dr. A. Muthukumar, M.Pharm., Ph.D., is Professor and Former Dean–R&D at The Oxford College of Pharmacy, Bengaluru, with 13+ years of experience. An internationally recognized speaker and pharmaceutical subject expert, he has contributed to 49 publications across ScienceDirect, Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science-indexed journals, alongside six patents. He secured RGUHS (₹7.31 lakh) and institutional (₹3.80 lakh) research grants. An Elsevier and Springer Nature reviewer, he has served as a resource person for ICMR-sponsored workshops, Dr. M.G.R. Medical University–APTI-sponsored seminars, and industry training programmes. A life member of IPA and APTA, he specializes in neuropharmacology and experimental therapeutics.
