Biography :
Hai-tao Wu, Professor and PhD supervisor, received her PhD from Okayama University, Japan, and was a visiting scholar at Purdue University, USA. Her research focuses on food colloid science and engineered food systems. She has published over 100 SCI-indexed papers as the first or corresponding author and obtained 10 authorized Chinese invention patents as the first inventor. She has led 18 national research projects and received multiple national and provincial awards for scientific and educational achievements
